About the event

Family stories fade if they are not shared. As part of its First Weekend programming, the Pioneer Museum has slated its first ever History Harvest on Friday, March 6 at 3 p.m.

The goal of the History Harvest is to share and preserve the artifacts and stories of Gillespie County’s first families. The event will feature a variety of presenters who will provide brief oral histories, family stories or a show and tell of a family heirloom or artifact. More details to come.

Complimentary Public Programs on the first Friday of the month in the Gillespie County Historical Society Sanctuary. Programs will include guest speakers, special collections pieces, temporary exhibits, book signings and more.
