Field Trips at the Museum

We welcome school field trip groups to visit both the Pioneer Museum and the Vereins Kirche, or you may choose to visit the Pioneer Museum only. Please allow an hour and a half for a field trip to the Pioneer Museum, and add 15-20 minutes if you wish to also visit the Vereins Kirche, located 2 blocks down Main Street. Reservations for field trips must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. • Gillespie County Schools: FREE • Outside Gillespie County: $5 per student • 1 adult is complementary for every 10 students on the field trip. • Additional adults may purchase admission at the door.
