2025 CAMPUS IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUSEUM CARE
The Tannenbaum Ball Needs Appeal has a goal of $150,000 goal to complete all three phases of these campus improvements.

Maintenance Facility
The Pioneer Museum campus includes eleven historic structures that require continual care. With the addition of a new on-site maintenance facility and utility task vehicle, repairs and conservation efforts can be carried out more quickly, efficiently, and within a controlled environment, strengthening the museum’s capacity to preserve its historic buildings for future generations.
Wagon Exhibit
As an added benefit, a new maintenance facility will allow a portion of the Historic Kammlah (currently occupied by maintenance equipment) to be converted into additional exhibit space. The Museum’s collection of wagons will be consolidated and protected under one roof at the Kammlah Barn for guests to discover and enjoy.
Gathering Space
The existing shed located in the heart of the campus will be repurposed from a miscellaneous display and storage building into an active social and learning hub where lectures, programs, children’s activities, and events can occur throughout the year.
